It's time to canvas the crop and do our bi-weekly inventory.
Tomatoes - check.
Beets - check.
Lettuce - check.
Corn - check.
Onions - check.
Carrot tops - check.
Sugar snap peas - wilting.
At least we each savored a single snap pea pod. Delicious! I guess snap peas don't do well in the Vegas heat.
